Bogor Mayor Bima Arya is considering withdrawing the police report from UMMI Hospital (RS) on the Habib Rizieq Syihab (HRS) swab test. Police confirmed that the report could not be withdrawn.

“Yes, I will explain, that the report cannot be withdrawn. It is not under the complaint. Pak Bima must understand that. It is not a complaint, it is a pure crime, it cannot be reversed,” said the police chief of the city of Bogor, Kombes Hendri Fiuser, when contacted on Sunday (11/29/2020).

Hendri admitted that he was surprised by Bima who wanted to withdraw the report from the COVID-19 Task Force from the city of Bogor. He explained that the police will continue with the investigations despite the fact that the report was withdrawn to the UMMI Hospital.

“Now my question is why has the Bogor city government withdrawn? That is the working group, the working group is not the Bogor city government. The working group belongs to the government. No, It is not an individual, (not) an individual case, “he continued.

“This is the case with the COVID task force, I see. So, in my opinion, it’s not right, and it’s not right that it can be revoked. There are no rules that can be revoked. Then if it is revoked (the report ) will even show more and more lack of understanding of the rules, “he said.

The police will continue to call Ummi Hospital. Know more.
