GALAMEDIA – The commander of the TNI, Marshal TNI Tjahjanto Hadi issued its latest statement on the billboard Habib Rizieq Shihab.

According to Achmad Riad, the TNI commander does not need to give orders to lower the billboards of Habib Rizieq Shihab because the authority rests with Pangdam Jaya.

This two-star general explained that the TNI Commander did not give orders to lower billboards, because it was too technical from an operational perspective.

“Of course, the TNI Commander will support all actions taken by Pangdam Jaya based on considerations on the ground,” he explained at Jaya Military Command, Jakarta on Monday, November 23, 2020.
According to TNI Headquarters Pangdam Jaya, TNI Major General Dudung Abdurrahman explained that the lowering of billboards was not a direct order from the TNI Commander because things like this were enough for Pangdam.
