Barcelona is experiencing a new era after its former president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, officially resigned.

Bartomeu officially resigned along with his board of directors on Tuesday (10/27/2020) in the afternoon, Spanish time, or on Wednesday morning, WIB.

Previously, Bartomeu had been Barcelona president for 6 years since 2014.

However, Barcelona’s presidential position has heated up after the club underperformed in the 2019-2020 season.
