As a motorcyclist, TNI members beaten in Sumedang

A member TNI expired multiple people in Sumedang, Bandung, West Java, Friday (10/6). The incident that supposedly started from a traffic incident was caught on camera and went viral on social media.

There has been no official statement from the police about the incident. Sumedang Police Chief Eko Prasetyo Robbiyanto confirmed the incident and will make the case known immediately.

“Later at 13.00 WIB we will publish it,” Eko said via a short message to CNNIndonesia.com, Monday (September 11).


According to the information collected, Muhammad Ashrul, a TNI member of Infantry Battalion 301 / PKS, happened because he accidentally brushed against the motorcyclist next to him.

Ashrul, who was driving Ayla’s car, was intercepted by a group of people on a motorcycle and immediately joined forces against him.

Referring to one of the uploads that was animated by the @ teropong.militer account on Instagram, it was seen that the victim was still wearing military training pants and was beaten by an unknown person.

Once there was a loud pounding sound on the recording. Aside from that, it was also apparent that the heist incident had congested traffic conditions around the site.

Later, it was seen that one of the other people tried to break up the incident and move the victim away from the perpetrators.

In another charge, the perpetrator of the beating was also said to have been arrested. There are at least three people currently languishing in the Sumedang Police to be screened.
