Jakarta –
The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) explained that there are 152,220 workers who have not received subsidized wages / salaries (BSU) from direct cash assistance (BLT) of IDR 600 / month for a total of IDR 2.4 million. There are several reasons why they have not received BLT.
The Director of the Industrial Relations Cooperation Institution (KKHI) of the Ministry of Manpower, Aswansyah, said that his party received a report from the channel bank that, in fact, not all BLTs were distributed to the recipient’s account.
“There are several recipients of this aid that have not been distributed because, for example, their accounts are inactive, their accounts are blocked, the names of the beneficiaries in NIK and in the accounts are different. Now that is the obstacle. Then there is also accounts that have not been liquidated by BI. That also happens, “he said via YouTube channel FMB9ID_IKP, on Monday (10/26/2020).
Based on the data he submitted, there were 3 accounts with duplication problems, 12,431 closed accounts, 2,019 passive accounts, 131,481 invalid accounts, 5,739 frozen accounts, 445 accounts that disagreed with NIK, and 102 accounts not registered in clearing.
“What strategy do we do if the accounts we receive from Himbara’s friends (the channeling state bank) are duplicated, inactive, invalid, etc.? We ask BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to clarify the repairs, which will give us 10 days.,” He explained.
Once the data is returned to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and repaired, it will be sent to the Ministry of Manpower to be returned to the bank for distribution.
“We always coordinate with the channel banks regarding problem accounts, and then we create a complaint post and an online fact-checking system for potential recipients on the Sisnaker portal. So that’s the strategy we’re doing.” added.
