He said that so far the ministry has not exercised control or restrictions on this matter. So the number of special staff in this company became uncontrollable, there were even findings that reached more than 10 people, the names that were made for this position also varied, ranging from expert staff, advisers to consultants.
“There are up to 11-12 people, some are paid Rp. 100 million or more. So we found a variety of things.”

The Circular Letter also establishes that the purposes and objectives of the SE, that is, the directors of public companies in the performance of their duties and functions, are based on the results of specific analyzes of parties that are independent and competent in their fields. .
In point 1 of the contents of the SE, the Directors of BUMN may employ a maximum of 5 (five) Experts appointed by the Board of Directors taking into account the needs and capabilities of the company.
Apart from BUMN Directors, hiring expert personnel is prohibited.
For its part, in Point 2, the Staff of Experts is in charge of providing analysis and recommendations for the resolution of strategic problems and other tasks within the Company based on the assignments entrusted to them by the Board of Directors.
The third point is the income received by the expert staff in the form of fees which are determined taking into account the capacity of the company and are limited to a maximum of Rs 50 million per month and cannot receive income other than the fees .
