PR BEKASI – Recently, the proposal to dissolve the group Front of Islamic Defenders (FPI) has reappeared in public.
The proposal was first put forward by TNI Major General Dudung Abdurachman of Pangdam Jaya after the viral video showing TNI members taking down billboards with the image of FPI leader Habib Rizieq Shihab.
He also admitted that the reduction of billboards was in his orders, because according to him, FPI had violated many regulations.

In the midst of the proposal to dissolve the FPI, a video of Habib Rizieq’s conference several years ago appeared in cyberspace about his response if the FPI were to dissolve again.
As is well known, the proposal to dissolve the FPI did not just happen this time, several years ago it was also suggested that the FPI be dissolved, because Habib Rizieq’s lectures were considered too harsh, harsh and provocative.
In the video, Habib Rizieq admits that he won’t be upset if FPI dissolves. In fact, he plans to form a new organization that has the same acronym, namely FPI.
