Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will review the decision on the joint license today in late 2020.

Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (PMK) Muhadjir Effendy said the government would soon hold a meeting to review the joint license decision later this year.

“Insya Allah, Friday (today),” Muhadjir told CNBC Indonesia on Thursday (11/26/2020).

However, the issue of the decision will also be agreed today, did not give a specific answer.

The meeting itself will be attended by a number of related stakeholders, such as the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, Tjahjo Kumolo, and the Minister of Religion, Fachrul Razi.

Previously, the joint year-end license was stipulated in Ministerial Decree Number 440 of 2020, 03 of 2020 and 03 of 2020 regarding the Third Amendment to the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion, the Minister of Manpower and the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 728 of 2019, Number 213 Year 2019, Number 01 of 2019 on national holidays and joint license in 2020 The rule was signed by the minister of religion Fachrul Razi, Menaker Ida Fauziyah and MenPAN-RB Tjahjo Kumolo on 20 May 2020.

The government has also issued Ministerial Decrees Number 642 of 2020, 4 of 2020 and 4 of 2020 on National Holidays and Joint License in 2021.

The regulation was signed by Minister of Religion Fachrul Razi, Menaker Ida Fauziyah, and MenPAN-RB Tjahjo Kumolo on September 10, 2020.

Thursday, December 24, 2020: Joint license for Christmas
Friday, December 25, 2020: Christmas Holidays
Monday, December 28, 2020: instead of license with Idul Fitri 1441 Hijriah
Tuesday, December 29, 2020: instead of license with Eid al-Fitr 1441 Hijriah
Wednesday, December 30, 2020: instead of license with Idul Fitri 1441 Hijriah
Thursday, December 31, 2020: instead of license with Eid al-Fitr 1441 Hijriah
Friday, January 1, 2021: New Years AD 2021

In total there are 2 national holidays and 5 days of collective holidays. When you add Saturday and Sunday, the total number of days off without a break is 11 days.
