GALAMEDIA – Anies Baswedan posted on her Instagram and Twitter accounts while reading a book titled “How Democracies Die” by Levitsky and Ziblat, obtaining several comments from Internet users.
Even former Democratic Party politician Ferdinand Hutahaean also commented on the rise. Through his tweet, Ferdinand appreciated the book that Anies was apparently reading.
In his statement, Ferdinand said that the demise of democracy was due to identity politics and religious issues.
