SuaraJatim.id – The Mayor of Malang Sutiaji discussed with the residents, Reza Trianto, in the courtyard of the Malang City Hall on Wednesday (9/16/2020). Because they did not agree, they were found guilty of violating the health protocol to prevent COVID-19.

This was featured in Operation Justisi that was carried out at the Malang City Monument roundabout. Dozens of residents who were caught without masks were detained by joint officers and brought before the judges of the Malang District Court (PN) and the Malang City District Attorney (Kejari) on the spot.

Reza, who claims to be a former PN employee, was caught in an operation while driving his private car. He had tricked the officers by putting a tissue over his nose.

A fight broke out when Mayor Sutiaji tried to provide understanding. “If you’re not mistaken. There is no way the officers will bring him here. He doesn’t understand the law,” Sutiaji said loudly.

Reza then argued with Mayor Sutiaji because he felt innocent. Because he was alone in the car.

“Because I didn’t put other people in danger, in my own car, it would be dangerous if they made me do this and piled on me,” he said.

Reza even threatened to sue him. Mayor Sutiaji also called for legal action to be taken.

The dispute continued, even when dealing with the judge, Reza again refused to be charged with guilt and was forced to pay an administrative penalty of 100 lakhs. Even challenging ones will be attractive.

“I have no problem even if I pay 500 lakhs. But I don’t want to be accused of guilt,” he told the judge.

As a result of the fight, no doubt some officers looked furious. “Wes angels, angel tuturane (it is difficult, it is difficult to advise him),” said several officers.
