Six other suspects, namely Andreau; the special staff of the Minister of KKP, Safri; Management of PT Aero Citra Kargo (ACK), Siswadi; Edhy’s wife Ainul Faqih’s staff; Amiril Mukminin; and the Director of PT Dua Putra Perkasa (DPP), Suharjito.
Edhy and five other suspects are suspected of being the recipients. They are charged with article 12 paragraph (1) letter a or b or article 11 of Law Number 31 of 1999 modified by Law Number 20 of 2001 on the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with article 55 paragraph (1) to 1 of the Code Criminal in conjunction with article 64 paragraph (1) Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, Suharjito is suspected of being accused of article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or article 13 of Law Number 31 of 1999, modified by Law Number 20 of 2001 relative to the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with the article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Penal Code in relation to article 64 paragraph (1) KUHP.
