JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Senior politician who is also the founder of the Ummat Party, Amien Rais announced the logo of his new party through the YouTube channel Amien Rais Official on Tuesday (11/10/2020).
The party’s logo is a shield with a star in the center. The gold color dominates the logo.
Amien says that the logo of the Ummah Party is called “Perisai Tauhid”.
“After lengthy deliberations, we finally decided that the Ummat Party logo was the Shield of Tawhid,” Amien said.

Amien said that on the Garuda Pancasila bird’s chest, the star is a symbol of the only God.
So, Amien said, the prayer of monotheism in Islam is called kalimah thayyibah which is described as “Thayyibah’s story“.
That is, a beautiful tree whose roots penetrate the map of the earth. Meanwhile, its branches that soar into the sky will benefit its surroundings throughout the centuries with the permission of its Lord.
“God willing, the Ummat Party will provide benefits to the Indonesian nation during its existence and life,” Amien said.
Amien explained that the Ummah Party logo will be dominated by black and the Tauhid Shield is black which is surrounded by a gold color and has a gold star on it.
He said it was inspired by the kiswah of the Ka’bah building, which is a combination of black and golden yellow.
“With such a kiswah, the Kaaba looks elegant, noble and authoritative and has been the qibla of believers from the time of Prophet Ibrahim AS until now and until the end of time,” he said.

Furthermore, Amien said, the color of the Ummah Party logo is an authentic ray of three sentences, namely the word syahadat, kalimah. thayyibahand the word liberation.
