Both emphasized that beyond what was transmitted, to date, there is no other relevant material information that affects the survival of the company and may affect the price of the company’s shares.

Based on CMNP’s financial statements as of September 2020, it was stated that the operator of the Depok-Antasari toll road in Jakarta, namely PT Citra Waspphutowa (CW), a subsidiary of CMNP with ownership of 62, 50% of the shares of the company, and it was established on January 13, 2006.
The issuer, which is led by businessman and socialite Fitria Yusuf, also has a subsidiary in the operation of the Waru-Juanda Simpang Susun toll road in Surabaya, which is operated by PT Citra Margatama Surabaya.
Still based on financial statements, according to Notary Deed No. 4 January 2012 issued by Trie Sulistiowarni, SH, CW has signed a revolving fund service agreement for monetary compensation for the acquisition of land in the context of the concession concession for section / phase I Depok-Antasari toll road (between Antasari-Sawangan).
This agreement was signed together with the Public Service Financing Agency, Toll Roads Regulatory Agency Secretariat (BPJT) with a loan limit of Rs 378.75 billion with a loan period from the date of the signing of the loan contract until the completion of the land acquisition process, but not more than months. On March 27, 2013, the agreement wasappendix with a maximum loan amount increased to Rp 580.45 billion with a loan withdrawal period no later than December 31, 2013.
As of September 30, 2020, the value of the revolving fund that has been disbursed and used for the acquisition of phase I land is IDR 580,440 million.
The loan will be repaid upon completion of phase I of the land acquisition process, which takes place no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Notice of Land Acquisition Agreement for section / phase I of the BPJT.
This loan is subject to Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) value added + 1% and a penalty of 2% per month. As of September 30, 2020, CW has not received the notification letter from BPJT.
As of September 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, outstanding value-added liabilities amounted to IDR 368.90 billion and IDR 321.98 billion, respectively.
For the late payment of the added value, CW was fined 257,210 million rupees and 197,770 million rupees, respectively, and was recorded as accrued expenses and part of “Concession assets under construction”.
“As of the date of the report, CW has not made a decision to pay the value added and the fine,” the CMNP report wrote.
Previously, Tommy Soeharto, son of the late president of the late Soeharto, filed a lawsuit against the government for the compensation process for his land and construction assets that were displaced by the Depok-Antasari (Desari) toll road, Jakarta-Depok. construction project.
Tommy Suharto has filed a lawsuit worth 56 billion rupees from many ministries and institutions.
The claim is registered under pekrara number 35 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PN JKT.SEL in the South Jakarta District Court. This lawsuit has been registered since November 12, 2020, the first trial of this lawsuit will take place on Monday (8/2).
The goods responsible for the demand are an office building with an area of 1,034 square meters, a guard post with an area of 15 square meters, a garage building with an area of 57 square meters and a land area of 922 square meters.
According to the special staff and spokesperson (spokesperson) of the Ministry of ATR / BPN, Teuku Taufiqulhadi, currently the land assets are still in dispute between Tommy Soeharto and other parties.

With regard to the status of property that is still in dispute, legally there is no party that can legally claim to be the recipient of compensation rights for the land. Therefore, temporary compensation money is deposited with the court until a party legally claims the right to compensation money.

Teuku continued, the government promised to be cooperative regarding the lawsuit filed by Tommy Soeharto and the government was willing to grant rights to landowners who were affected by the infrastructure development process carried out by the government.
