MANCHESTER – Manchester United do not want to lose to Chelsea and Manchester City, who drool in the 2020 summer transfer market. According to a report by Italian sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, Man United have secured the signing of Ajax Amsterdam midfielder Donny van de Beek.
To bring in the midfielder with the Dutch passport, Man United management spent 35.7 million pounds or approximately Rp.696.8 billion. Planned, Van de Beek will fly to Manchester to undergo medical tests this week.

If he passes the medical exam, the midfielder who led Ajax to the semifinals of the 2018-2019 Champions League will be hired by Man United for five years, or until June 30, 2025. Van de Beek’s presence has enriched the Man United midfield.
Before Van de Beek’s arrival, Man United already had several creative midfielders such as Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes. Still, Van de Beek isn’t the only new player Man United will bring to Old Trafford in the summer of 2020.
According to reports Sun, Monday (8/31/2020), there are two additional players to be brought in by Man United management. They are Jadon Sancho (winger, Borussia Dortmund) and Sergio Reguillon (left back, Sevilla).

FYI, the right winger and left back were Man United’s weak points last season. At the start of the 2019-2020 season, Juan Mata and Daniel James, who were believed to appear as right wingers, played below expectations.
