jpnn.com, JAKARTA BARAT – Dr. Ranisa Larasati, who was chased by Abdul Jabar, a security guard at the Bambo Inn Hotel, Palmerah, West Jakarta, is currently in critical condition.
West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Audie S Latuheru said the victim sustained serious head and face injuries from the assailant hitting her with a key nine times.
As a result of these injuries, the victim had to undergo surgery and is currently receiving intensive care at Harapan Kita Hospital.
“The perpetrator was insane and hit the victim nine times with a wrench. The victim remains critical in the ICU (room),” Audie said in her statement, Thursday (12/24).
The purpose of the victim to the hotel is to follow the certification of the cardiologist.
The victim did not follow the cardiologist’s certification due to the unfortunate incident she experienced.
Audie said the victim was an exceptional doctor.
“The victim is an accomplished doctor. If we look at his background, in 2014 the victim was in the top 10 of the UN test (national exam). He wants a cardiac doctor certification, because AJ, it could be delayed. We pray for it.” Audie said.
