Italian scientists affirm the world’s first breakthrough vaccine vaccine

TRIBUNNEWS.COM – An experimental coronavirus vaccine (COVID-19) has neutralized the virus in human cells for the first time.

Reported Arab news, the coronavirus vaccine experiment developed by researchers in Italy has antibodies produced in mice that function in human cells.

The advance was obtained according to tests carried out at the Spallanzani Hospital, an infectious disease in Rome.

Luigi Aurisicchio, CEO of Takis, the company that developed the drug, said the coronavirus candidate vaccine (COVID-19) had neutralized the virus in human cells for the first time.

“This is the most promising stage of testing vaccine candidates made in Italy,” Aurisicchio told the Italian news agency ANSA.

“Human tests are expected to be done after this summer,” he added.

“According to the Spallanzani Hospital, as far as we know, we are the first in the world to have demonstrated the neutralization of the coronavirus with a vaccine.”

“We hope this success will also happen to humans,” said Aurisicchio.

Aurisicchio explained that Takis was exploring a more interesting technology platform with LineaRx, an American company.
