DENPASAR, KOMPAS.com – Bali Governor I Wayan Koster said the cure rate for Covid-19 patients in Bali was the highest in Indonesia.
In fact, it is called higher than the global cure rate.
Koster said the recovery rate for patients with Covid-19 in Bali reached 58.67 percent.
This figure is well above the national (16.86 percent) and global (32.10 percent) average.

“Various policies and efforts in handling Covid-19, to date, have shown tangible results,” Koster said in a written statement late Monday (04/04/2020).
Furthermore, the average addition of Covid-19 positive patients per day in Bali was 7 people.
This number is less than DKI Jakarta, West Java, East Java, Central Java, South Sulawesi and Banten.
The Covid-19 positive patients in Bali then came mainly from migrant workers or ship crews who had just returned from abroad, up to 54 percent.
Meanwhile, Bali local transmission is 36%, regions outside Bali are 7% and foreigners are 3%.
