KOMPAS.com – PLN ensures that basic electricity rates for all rate groups do not increase, including 900 Volt Amps (VA), Eligible Homes (RTM), 1,300 VA and more.
It is well known that the government determines the rates every 3 months.
For April, rates to date have been declared constant, which is the same as the previous 3-month period.
“We make sure there is no increase in electricity at this time, prices remain the same as the previous three-month period. Even since 2017, the electricity rate has never increased,” said Executive Vice President of Corporate and CSR , I Made Suprateka in his official statement on Saturday (05/02/2020).

Group Electricity Rate Details
The current rates are as follows:
1. The low voltage rate is IDR 1,467 / kWh
2. The rate for R-1/900 VA RTM is Rp 1,352 / kWh
3. The medium voltage rate is Rp 1,115 / kWh
4. The high voltage rate is IDR 997 / kWh

Increased electricity consumption during WFH
