West Progo – The victim’s brother, Sunardi (40), did not expect his younger brother Takdir Sunariati (21) to be killed by the NAF (22), a man who was considered a family. In fact, in Sunardi’s eyes, the NAF is an educated and outgoing figure.
“He (the perpetrator) is sociable, well, his words are soft, so it’s easy to get close to our family,” Sunardi said when greeted by reporters at the funeral home in Sendangsari, Pengasih, Kulon Progo, on Sunday (4 / 4/2021).
Takdir is the youngest of five siblings and lives with his parents in Paingan. The four brothers live separately, some are still in the same RT with Takdir and others are outside the region.
Sunardi himself lives with his wife in Donomulyo, Nanggulan. Sunardi said NAF is friends with her younger brother, who is number 4. So NAF has frequently visited her younger brother’s home.
“Sometimes when my younger brother is no longer at home, the perpetrator stops by here (Takdir’s house), just to chat. From there he (the perpetrator) also gets acquainted with Takdir,” he said.
Sunardi revealed that her family already considered the NAF as family. Nor did he expect his younger brother to be killed by the NAF.
“The perpetrator is already close as a brother, he often comes here too, like yesterday (3/28) he (the perpetrator) really played here all day, in the afternoon the one who was waiting at home was Takdir,” said Sunardi .
It was previously reported that Takdir’s body was found by two fishermen at the office of the Glagah Beach tourist pier, Kulon Progo, on Friday (2/4) around 8:00 p.m. WIB. Shortly after the discovery of the body, the police arrested the NAF at the home of a relative in Karangsari, Pengasih.
Since police questioning, the NAF also admitted to being the perpetrator of the murder of Dessy Sri Diantary (22) in front of Wisma Sermo, Pengasih, Kulon Progo, on Tuesday (3/22). After killing the victim, the NAF also seized the victim’s property. Until now, the police are still investigating the suspect’s motives for committing his atrocities.
“Based on the results of the suspect’s investigation (NAF), it is known that the person in question also committed a murder in Wisma Sermo some time ago,” said Kulon Progo Police Public Relations Chief Iptu I Nengah Jefri. to reporters on Saturday (3/4).
