Investigators from the Jatanras Branch of the Polda Metro Jaya Criminal and Criminal Investigation Directorate have named Muhammad Farid Andika alias MFA (36) as a suspect in connection with the viral pointing of a gun in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. Muhammad Farid Andika was officially detained by the police.
“Yes, we have officially become suspects and have been detained. Since this morning (detained),” Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Head of Public Relations Yusri Yunus told detikcom, Saturday (3/4/2021).
Yusri said that Muhammad Farid Andika was charged with property of Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 Airsoft gun without permission.
Yusri added that the determination of the suspect was made after investigators had made a title to the case. From the results of the case title, investigators concluded that there were sufficient elements to determine the suspect against Muhammad Farid Andika.
“There is sufficient evidence, so from the result of the title of the case it is established that it is a suspect and the investigator has issued an arrest warrant for the suspect,” explained Yusri.
As is known, the cowboy action of this Fortuner driver went viral on social networks. The perpetrator pointed a gun at the residents.
