He once turned himself in to the police in 2010 after being suspected of being involved in terrorist training in Bukit Jalin, Jantho, Aceh Besar.

“It is true, the Court is a former terrorist convict. Jalin alumnus,” said Yudi Zulfahri, who is also a former convicted terrorist in the same case, when confirmed by Kompas.com, on Saturday (3/4/2021) .

Yudhi, now director of the Jalin Perdamaian Foundation that is dedicated to the de-radicalization of ex-convicts for terrorism, confirmed that the Constitutional Court has a business in the sale of airguns.

According to Yudhi, the company is officially operational and has an online website so it can be freely requested.

Any Purchaser of Airguns from the Constitutional Court named Yudhi must show their National Identity Card (KTP) and Indonesian Shooting Association (Perbakin) membership card.

However, Yudhi does not know whether the business managed by the Constitutional Court is registered in Perbakin or not.

As an ex-convict in a terrorism case, Yudhi admitted that he still communicates frequently with the Constitutional Court.

He also considered that the Constitutional Court did not have more radical thoughts. In fact, it is said that the Constitutional Court is always present in the de-radicalization activities carried out by the National Agency Against Terrorism (BNPT).

“The Constitutional Court has abandoned radicalism. I am not sure that the Court is involved in a terrorist network, because we often discuss it. It is far from the word radicalism,” Yudhi said.

The Constitutional Court has been detained by the 88th Police Anti-Terrorism Special Detachment in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh, on Thursday (1/4/2021). He is now in Jakarta to undergo an exam.

The head of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian Police, Inspector General (Pol) Argo Yuwono, also confirmed this.

For information, the 45-millimeter caliber air pistol that ZA bought from MK was used when it attacked the National Police Headquarters on Wednesday (3/31/2021).

Based on the chronology transmitted by the Chief of the National Police, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, the aggressor entered the area of ​​the Police Headquarters through the back door.

“The person in question asked where the post office was,” Sigit said in his statement Wednesday night.

After the post office was shown the address, ZA left the guard post.

However, ZA returned and attacked the police at the checkpoint.

“The person in question shot six times. Twice at the members inside the stall, twice that were outside, and then he fired again at the members behind him,” Sigit said.

“Then firm and quantifiable measures are taken against the interested parties,” he said.

This act of terror took place shortly after the National Police arrested several suspected terrorists, following the suicide bombing in Makassar, on Sunday (3/28/2021).

According to the National Police, the suicide bombers were members of the Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) group affiliated with ISIS.

Meanwhile, the attackers at the police headquarters are suspected of being ISIS sympathizers.
