Yousef said that Hamzah was asked to stop the movement and that the activities could be aimed at managing the country’s security and stability, as well as the investigations that led to the arrests of Hassan Bin Zaid and Bassan Awadallah.

“No one is above the law and Jordan’s security and stability take precedence over any consideration,” Huneiti said.

He also said that investigations into the three were still ongoing and that the results would be published in a transparent and clear manner.
