LIVE – The Minister of Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) Yasonna H Laoly admitted that she was upset with the board of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY). This is because the AHY camp often accuses the government of intervening in internal party conflicts, which is why the election of the Presidential Chief of Staff (KSP) Moeldoko as president general of the extraordinary congress (KLB) in Deli Serdang, in North Sumatra.

Yasonna shared her frustration when former Democratic Chairman General Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), Bappilu Democratic Party Chairman Andi Arief, along with other Mercy-registered parties, often accused the government of intervening. In fact, the climax was when AHY sent a letter to the palace for President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

“We are really angry. My name was painted, there was a meeting between Menkumham and Moeldoko. Yes, there is a meeting in the palace, but we never talk about it (Democrats),” Yasonna said in a conversation at the Karni Ilyas Club on Saturday 3 April 2021.

In fact, Yasonna admitted that she had emphasized that the government, in this case the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, would act professionally in handling internal conflicts in the management of the Democratic Party in accordance with the laws and regulations and the Statutes of the party / Statutes (AD / ART).
