Jakarta – A video showing the driver of the Fortuner car getting out and brandishing a gun during a commotion said to have occurred in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta (East Jakarta) went viral on social media. The police are investigating this case.
From the video and circulating narrative, the driver of the Fortuner car is said to have struck a motorcyclist in the Duren Sawit area early this morning. The driver of this car was called out in anger at the residents who got in his way.
To pass, Fortuner’s driver brandished his weapon. “Cave Street AHA Yes! Said Fortuner’s driver, brandishing a pistol.
When asked for confirmation, Dirlantas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo said that the police were investigating this viral incident. Duren Sawit’s case is currently being handled by the police.
“We are looking for it. It is in our drive,” Sambodo said on Friday (2/4/2021).
Sambodo added that police did not know exactly the scene of the gun being pointed. He just made sure to find the driver of the car soon.
“It’s not safe (the scene of the incident). As soon as we can expose it when we can,” Sambodo said.
