Jakarta – Authorities demolished a 2-meter wall blocking access to the house of a Ciledug resident, Hadiyanti (60). The wall installer then opened his voice.

The wall installer is the person who claims to be the owner of the lot named Rully. Rully is the heir to Anas Burhan. Brother Rully, who is also Anas Burhan’s heir, Herry Mulya, spoke about the demolition.

“First, we regret the demolition activities carried out by the authorities today because there was no prior judicial decision. But we have to accept it because we do not want to fight against the authorities. We will continue based on the applicable law,” he said. Herry emphasized that the wall around Hadiyanti’s house was her land. He denied having closed access to and from Hadiyanti’s home.

“Secondly, we want to inform you that it is not true that we did not give access to this place (Hadiyanti’s house). The reason why the fence was that we were concerned that our land would be taken because the owner of a part of this building, Ms. Yanti, wanted to sell her land and hand over ours, ”he said.

He explained that some of the land around the building where Hadiyanti was staying still belonged to Anas Burhan.
Anas Burhan’s family feels that they are considered the ones who oppressed Hadiyanti’s family.

“This is not a public road, it is a facility road that we have as part of our swimming pool business since the 1990s and no longer have. That was relayed by Ms. Yanti. Ms. Yanti continues to include our land that belongs to us that is our property. It is behind 1000 meters, has used it for years without any compensation not even for 1 cent. way, but we turn around to become the ones who are dizholimi, (it is say) mengzholimi they are, “he explained.

He continued, Herry said that the land in front of Hadiyanti’s house was not a public road, or had not been granted. He again revealed that his father’s land had not been inherited or that the property was still in the name of Anas Burhan.

“We haven’t even divided the inheritance, we haven’t divided the inheritance. So my father, Haji Anas Burhan, died in 2009, yes. We have 4 heirs. We haven’t inherited at all. So there can be no grants or anything. Maybe it’s because the property is still above AJB (Sales and Purchase Deed Number) 498. Still in the name of Anas Burhan, “Herry said while showing AJB’s letter.

Herry also showed the Declaration of Taxes Payable for Land and Construction Tax (SPPT PBB). He also showed a sketch of Anas Burhan’s land ownership.

“This is this land, this is land. All of this is land, some of them belong to Haji Munir and Ms. Yanti, some of them still own us. Including what you may have heard, it is our land as well. Suddenly dumping the rubble in our place? “We pay taxes too, you know. So there is evidence of ownership of this land, “he said.

Herry admitted that he would prove his father’s ownership of the land. He also wanted Hadiyanti to stop saying things that create different perceptions.

“This (give me a look at the document), this proves it. We demonstrate our ownership of our land and we will do a re-fencing. Yes, one of them is (make a fence). But of course, first we will talk to the heirs about the steps to take, ”Herry said.
