TANGERANG, KOMPAS.com – The Tangerang city government dismantled a 300 meter long wall that stretched across Tajur, Ciledug, Tangerang city, Banten on Wednesday (3/17/2021) morning.

There are also two walls that completely cover the building in the form of a fitness building belonging to Munir (now deceased) since February 21, 2021.

Meanwhile, the party that completely closed access to the building was Asrul Burhan aka Ruli as the son of the former owner of the gym, Anis Burhan (now deceased).

In fact, on Monday (3/15/2021), the Tangerang (Pemkot) city government gave Ruli one day (yesterday) to dismantle the wall herself.

Asep said the wall still stretched in front of his residence Tuesday around 6 p.m. WIB.

“Yes, the wall is still there. It has not been destroyed yet,” Asep said by phone Tuesday night.

Urban Village chief Tajur Sakri said his party inspected the wall on Tuesday afternoon.

The examination of the wall, he continued, was to confirm whether Ruli’s group had dismantled the 300-meter-long wall themselves.

“I was there to check and check if there was a private demolition of Mr. Ruli today,” Sakri told the media team on Tuesday night.

“Based on yesterday’s letter, a warning was given to Pak Ruli (regarding) the demolition itself,” he continued.

After observing the existence of the wall, the sub-district of Tajur wanted to inform the sub-district of Ciledug that the two-meter-high wall was still being extended.

If reported to the Ciledug district, Sakri said, the sub-district would send the report to the city government.

“Now there is no demolition on Pak Ruli’s side. So the city government plans to carry out the demolition tomorrow (today),” he said.
