Jakarta –
Bayern Munich did not close the opportunity to incorporate Borussia Dortmund player Erling Haaland. This was revealed by Die Roten’s trainer Hansi Flick.
Haaland stood out with Dortmund. Since moving in January 2020, the Norwegian player has scored 45 goals in 46 matches in all competitions.
On the current Bayern squad there is a keen striker, Robert Lewandowski. This season, the Polish player has scored 37 goals in 33 matches in all competitions.
With Lewandowski at the age of 32, Bayern also plan to find a successor. Haaland is one of the candidates.
“Many things are possible in life and nothing can be ruled out. But this is the music of the future and he has a long-term contract in Dortmund,” Flick told Sky Sports.
“He is a player clearly loved by many of the big clubs, who also think of him.”
“As for the future, we don’t all know. A lot of things can move very, very fast in football. That’s why I’m not so worried about it.
Bayern kidnapped Dortmund players several times. Lewandowski is one of them. In addition, there are Mats Hummels and Mario Gomez who were recruited by FC Hollywood from Dortmund.
Lewandoski and Haaland just met in Der Klassiker. Bayern won 4-2 in the Allianz Arena match on Sunday (7/3) WIB.
Lewandowski led Haaland in that match with a hat-tick, while the 20-year-old forward scored a double. The best moments of Bayern vs Dortmund can be seen again on Mola TV through this link.
