Bandung, CNN Indonesia –
Some managers Democratic party the regions admitted to rejecting the results of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) in North Sumatra, calling them a “savage gang”. Various legal efforts will be made.
Previously, the Extraordinary Congress of the Democratic Party (KLB) was conducted by Jhoni Allen Marbun et al. with the results of Moeldoko’s appointment as president general, today.
The West Java Democratic Party Regional Leadership Council (DPD) and the 27 West Java Democratic Party (DPC) Branch Leadership Councils ensure they remain loyal to President General Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) and do not attend to the KLB in Medan.
“So if someone comes there, we know, DPD cadres or administrators are active, we will definitely request immediate dismissal,” said West Java Democratic DPD Vice President Asep Wahyu Wijaya on Friday (3/5).
According to him, those who attended the outbreak of the Democratic Party in North Sumatra were “wild gangs” who did not represent the party.
“They are a wild gang, so we have no idea who it was. We feel and are aware that the people who came are not identified, they are ignorant, they are not active party cadres, much less administrators,” he said.
Furthermore, he said that the KLB Democrats in North Sumatra were people who had been fired by the party, not active cadres even though they were wearing party costumes.
“The initiators are people fired, older people who have been fired, and some have even changed parties. So what they pushed to be president, Pak Moeldoko, is not a member of the Democrats,” Asep said.
“Initiators and candidates don’t have KTAs. If you only wear Democrats, there are also a lot of Golkar jackets there,” he said.
He also admitted that he never gave a letter of authorization to either DPD or DPC to follow KLB.
“If you want a shoot, it must be like a musda or muscab, it must be a valid vote. If suddenly there are active cadres, to confess the president of the DPC, DPD or feel that they have received a power of attorney from their respective presidents. We never give power, we never give a mandate, much less we vote. If we fire something like that, there is no business, “he said.
The secretary of the DIY Democratic Party, DPD, Freeda Mustikasari, also admitted that he still supported AHY’s leadership and considered the outbreak unconstitutional.
“We in Yogyakarta continue to support that the legitimate leadership of our party is the result of the fifth congress, it is Ketum Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono,” he said when contacted on Friday.
“As a general rule, when collecting thousands, the prokes (health protocols) are used and so on. The conditions for the KLB have been exceeded,” he said.
His party is also preparing to impose sanctions on cadres who defected while attending the KLB event in North Sumatra.
“The sanctions are clear, he did leave the party. The AD / ART party’s sanctions already have rules,” he concluded.
Fight the outbreak
The president of the Democratic Party DPD Banten, Iti Octavia Jayabaya, admitted that he would fight against the results of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) that declared Moeldoko as General President (Ketum), replacing AHY. The party that wears the symbol of mercy admits that it is still strong in supporting SBY’s eldest son as president.
“Do not [mengakui hasil KLB]. Instead, we will fight. So we are still consistent, committed to AHY as our president, “said, who is also Lebak’s regent, in his office on Friday (3/5).

Iti admitted that there was a former chairman of the Pandeglang Democratic Democratic Party who had gone to KLB in North Sumatra (North Sumatra). He considered it illegal and against the law.
Democrat Banten has also formed an advocacy team to settle the case of claims of his party’s representation by former DPC President Democrat Pandeglang who went to KLB.
“There is the name of Roni Bahroni, former president of DPC Pandeglang. He has already joined another party, he is not automatically a member and cadre of the Democrats. Legally, he does not have the right to vote and this SK must be canceled, this KLB must be canceled, for your vote. No democratic cadres who have the right to vote, “he explained.
Likewise, the chairman of the Central Java Democratic Party, DPD, Rinto Subekti, is ready to fight at all costs if the Ministry of Law and Human Rights approves the result of the KLB in North Sumatra.
“I personally, and we together with all the officials of the DPD and DPC 35 Regency-Cities will fight, we will fight at all costs, the result of the KLB,” he said.
His party will also be dragged into the legal process of the DPC Democrats in Central Java who came to the KLB claiming to have received a mandate from the DPC president. From the information Rinto received, there were about 14 DPC administrators who went to KLB in North Sumatra.
“The one with the vote is the president of the DPC, although all the presidents of the DPC in Central Java are meeting here with me. That means they carry a letter that appears to represent the president of the DPC and of course there is a signature there. Yes there is a false signature, we will drag it to the police. legal process. We will just wait for them, “added Rinto.
The Central Java Democratic DPD itself held a Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda) as an effort to respond to the KLB’s summons, as well as to prepare steps to anticipate any further infiltration or undermining after the KLB.
“Today and tomorrow we will hold a coordination meeting to close ranks and anticipate the possible undermining and infiltration that may arise after the outbreak, Rinto said.
