Once again, Indonesian football audiences must once again be disappointed by the cancellation of the test match between the Indonesian Under-22 team and Tira Persikabo.

The match was originally planned to be held at Madya Stadium, Senayan, Central Jakarta, today, Wednesday (3/3/2021) at 7.30pm WIB.

However, just before 7:00 p.m. WIB, rumors spread about the cancellation of the match.

There was also news that the Indonesian Under-22 players and Tira Persikabo had returned to their respective hotels as the stadium lights began to dim.

Later, it was revealed that the match was canceled due to failing to obtain permission from the police.

This clarity was obtained from the statement of Tanah Abang Police Chief AKBP Singgih Hermawan, who was received by the media team at Madya Stadium.

“We do not allow the U-22 national team to spar with Persikabo, because there is no permission yet,” Singgih Hermawan told the media team at Madya Stadium.
