JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Police arrested the perpetrator of sexual harassment against two company employees in Ancol Village, Pademangan, North Jakarta.

The deputy chief of the North Jakarta Metropolitan Police, AKBP Nasriadi, revealed that the author with the initials JH (47) is none other than the younger brother of the owner of the company.

“We have secured the suspect with the initials JH (47), who is the younger brother of the owner of the company. That is a capital company,” Nasriadi said at the Metro police headquarters in North Jakarta on Tuesday. (2/3/2021). .

“And he was given the responsibility of taking care of the company every day. And these two victims were his personal secretaries,” he continued.

The arrest, Nasriadi explained, had its origin in the reports of two victims with the initials DF (25) and EFS (23) who admitted that their boss had harassed them.

They both worked as secretaries in the company for a few months.

Nasriadi added that the perpetrator admitted that he could predict when he wanted to carry out his lewd act.

“The modus operandi used by the suspect against the victim is to claim to be a fortune teller or an intelligent person who can predict the fate of people and someone’s fortune,” Nasriadi said.

By predicting, Nasriadi continued, JH forced him to touch the victim’s body.

“The victim is persuaded to make predictions, etc., but there is an element of coercion in touching vital parts or sensitive organs on the victim’s body and this is done frequently, which means there are many things,” he explained. .

Not only that, Nasriadi said, the perpetrator also invited the victim to bathe together.

However, the victim can still reject the ex-boss’s perverted request.

“And they were invited to bathe together, that is, to open the aura or reveal positive things in their bodies, which were later rejected by the two victims,” ​​Nasriadi said.

Confession of perpetrators and victims

In the same place, JH, father of 4 children, confessed his actions.

According to the perpetrator, he abused his victims while drunk.

“At that time, my position was half drunk. The process of praying, I was drunk,” JH said.

He added that he initially just wanted to massage the victim.

“Initially only for massages. Then proceed with indecent acts,” he said.

Meanwhile, the DF victim revealed that he secretly recorded when his boss was about to harass him.

Because it happened so often. At that time I and the others weren’t there, I was really scared, ”said DF.

“So I tried to record, I put my cell phone on the laptop. I turned on the video and then at first he came and forced me, automatically fearing that he would see my cell phone,” he continued.

One of the reasons DF is scared is because JH often carries a dagger.

“If he threatens, he does not threaten, but he often wears a keris on the back of his pocket,” he explained.

Another case with EFS, who admitted to being harassed by JH in a quiet meeting room.

“Yes, in the office during a meeting in the meeting room, when the room is silent. Because the door is like an access, so it can only be opened from the inside, no outsiders can enter,” explained EFS .

In addition to the confessions of the victims and perpetrators, the police already have evidence in video form of JH’s actions during the harassment, the results of the victim’s visum, and the clothes the victim is wearing.

JH was also charged with article 289 of the Penal Code on obscene acts. They threaten him with a nine-year prison term.
