What are the conditions?
Enrollment for the Pre-Employment Card Program is open to all Indonesian citizens over the age of 18, whether they are job applicants, recent graduates, victims of layoff (PHK), employees or entrepreneurs, as long as they are not currently attending education formal. . Encourage the equitable distribution of aid beneficiaries, beneficiaries of social assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Integrated Social Welfare Data, Salary Subsidy Assistance and Productive Assistance for Micro-enterprises), beneficiaries of the 2020 Pre-Work Card and Members of the TNI / Polri, ASN, Commissioners / Directors of BUMN / BUMD, members of the DPR / DPRD, as well as other regulated parties in Permenko 11/2020, cannot receive the benefits of the Pre-Work Card Program.
How many BLTs do you get?
The scheme for the Pre-Employment Card Program in Semester I 2021 is as follows.
• Assistance for the training of 1,000,000 IDR
• Post-training incentive fund in the amount of Rs 2,400,000 to be delivered for an amount of Rs 600,000 over 4 months.
• Incentive fund to complete 3 evaluation surveys in the amount of IDR 150,000, paid IDR 50,000 for each survey.
Meanwhile, the total quota for the first half of 2021 is 2.7 million people. For the sake of fairness, each KK is limited to a maximum of 2 family members who can receive the Previous Work Card.
Meanwhile, the share of participants in Wave 12 was 600,000 people. Currently there are more than 1,700 trainings from 154 Training Institutions that can be accessed through 7 digital platforms.
Coordinating Minister Airlangga, as chair of the Employment Creation Committee, said that the Pre-Work Card Program had successfully fulfilled its mandate as a social protection and work skills development program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Government decided to continue the Pre-Employment Card Program in 2021, with a total budget of IDR 10 billion for Semester I of 2021.
“The Pre-Work Card Program is part of the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) for the social protection sector. We hope that the community can take advantage of this program, taking various trainings in job skills and entrepreneurship that can be a lifelong provision during and after the pandemic, ”said the Coordinating Minister of Airlangga.
