Riyad Mahrez revealed that Manchester City’s charming performance in the match was due to hard training and mutual understanding. So, according to Mahrez, City players don’t need to talk to each other on the field.

“We don’t even have to talk or yell at each other. Because we all know each other,” Mahrez told Amazon Prime Sport.

“I know where Bernardo, Sterling and others are. They also know where I am, that’s a very good connection,” he continued.

Riyad Mahrez is also delighted with his team’s undefeated form in their last 12 league games. That keeps Manchester City confident and confirms that they are potential champions this season.

“I think we are in a very good moment and we have to continue and focus on each game,” concluded Mahrez.
