He explained that the arrest of the suspect, Irman Pasaribu, with his entourage and new ways could be carried out in a professional manner. Therefore, Man Batak will be in charge of all the instruments in force, starting from the Tipinar Law including the TPPU Law.
“I have spoken with the Deputy Chief of Police, this is the second time that the Regional Police uses TPPU for narcotics crimes,” he added.
