Inter Milan beat Fiorentina 2-0 at home. The three additional points from this match led the Nerazzuri to displace AC Milan from the top of Serie A.

In the 36th minute, Handanovic’s glories thwarted Fiorentina’s golden opportunity to equalize. He parried Giacomo Bonaventura’s strong kick until the ball hit the post. Cristiano Biraghi’s wild ball could also be suppressed by the 36-year-old goalkeeper.
