Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp calmed Adam Lallana’s anxiety. According to Klopp, Lallana need not hesitate because they call him a Liverpool legend.

Lallana joins Brighton & Hove Albion for the start of the 2020/21 season. Previously, the England midfielder spent six seasons with Liverpool winning four trophies, including the 2018/19 Champions League and the 2019/20 Premier League.

However, there is no denying that Lallana is not very cool while wearing a ‘red’ costume. Lallana made 178 games with 22 goals, but spent half his career in the treatment room due to repeated injuries.

Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp called Adam Lallana a club legend before leaving Merseyside. The 32-year-old reportedly felt the title was not entirely appropriate. However, Klopp convinced Lallana that he deserves Liverpool legend status.

Lallana will return to Anfield for the first time after leaving when Brighton visited Liverpool on Thursday (2/4/2021). Klopp must temporarily put aside his feelings for his former player.

“Our visitors today have many talented players, but there is one who is very familiar with Liverpool,” Klopp said on the club’s official website. “I’m going to have to stop saying too many things about Adam Lallana because I can write a book.”

“And I have to respect the fact that he was our opponent today … he wanted to beat us and so do we. But I have to say that he was very special to us and still is.

“When he left I described him as a Liverpool legend for his contribution and I read somewhere recently that he was a bit embarrassed about it. But he really has nothing to be ashamed of. It is a status that he has earned. And several others. “

“I’m waiting for Adam to play 36 Premier League games per season. But there are two that don’t … today is one of them,” Klopp added as he watched his reunion with Lallana.
