For his actions, RSD was charged with Article 88 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 regarding Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2003 on Child Protection in relation to Article 2 paragraph (1 ) and Paragraph (2) of Law Number 21 of 2007 on the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons with 10 years in prison and / or a fine of 200 million rupees and / or article 297 of the Penal Code, the penalty It is a minimum prison term of 3 years or a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
