The lawsuit was filed because one of his land and building assets was affected by the eviction of the Depok-Antasari toll road construction project in Cilandak, South Jakarta.

Pangeran Cendana’s property is an office building with an area of ​​1,034 square meters, a guard post with an area of ​​15 square meters, a garage building with an area of ​​57 square meters, and a land area of ​​922 square meters.

Quoted from the South Jakarta District Court Case Tracking Information System on Sunday (1/24/2021), the lawsuit on behalf of Hutomo Mandala Putra was registered in the South Jakarta District Court under the number of case 35 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PN JKT .SEL.

The registration of the lawsuit took place on January 6, 2021 and is currently in its first trial. According to the plaintiff, the eviction from his building was considered an act against the law.

There are 5 defendants in the lawsuit filed by Tommy Soeharto in the South Jakarta District Court, including:

The defendants also included the Toto Suharto and Partners Public Assessment Services Office, the Ministry of Finance and PT Girder Indonesia as a toll road construction contractor.

“Accepted and granted Plaintiff’s claim in its entirety. Stated that Defendants I to Defendant V had committed illegal acts (Wrongful act), “read the petitum of the South Jakarta District Court.

“The determination of the amount of pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages by Defendant I, Defendant II, Defendant III, Defendant IV and Defendant V to Plaintiff is Rp 56,670,500,000,” continued the petitum.

In addition to Tommy, Tommy also asked Defendant II to pay property damages to the plaintiff in the amount of 34,190,500,000 rupees.

Convict the defendants jointly and severally to pay intangible losses to the plaintiff in the amount of 10 billion IDR no later than 7 days from the date of the reading of the verdict on the lawsuit.

Tommy also demanded that the defendants pay forced money (penalty fee).

Tommy Soeharto’s battle with the government in the field of law also occurred in the project of the national car under the banner of PT Timor Putra Nasional (TPN), which had a dispute with the Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani.

The legal case began with the national auto project that failed after the 1997 currency crisis. Although the TPN was no longer in operation, the company still left a debt obligation to the government.

The Supreme Court (MA) Panel of Judges decided to reject the second review of the case (PK) presented by PT Timor Putra Nasional against the PK Case 118 decision in the North Jakarta District Court regarding the blockade case of Rs 1.2 trillion at Bank Mandiri.

In the information published on the website of the Supreme Court, it is stated that the rejection of the second PK of PT TPN to Bank Mandiri and the Minister of Finance with registration number 716 PK / PDT / 2017 was resolved by three panels of the Court Supreme Justices on December 13, 2017 and has been sent to court on July 4, 2018.
