TRIBUNNEWS.COM, BANDUNG – In his old age, a grandfather in Bandung, RE Koswara, had to undergo a civil trial at the Bandung District Court.
The 85-year-old man was being sued by his own son for the inherited land.
No kidding, the boy sued for 3 billion rupees.
Koswara has six children, namely Imas, Deden, Masitoh, Ajid, Hamidah, and Muchtar.
Deden and his wife sued Koswara and Hamidah because the land they had rented for a shop would be sold.
The proceeds from the sale of the 3,000 square meter land owned by Koswara’s parents will be shared with the heirs, namely Koswara’s brothers.
“The land is not only mine, there are still my brothers. They agreed to ask that the land be sold,” Koswara said in Bandung District Court on Tuesday afternoon.
In the lawsuit, Deden was assisted by his younger brother, Masitoh, who acted as an attorney.

Previously, Deden was furious after hearing that the land was about to be sold without his consent.
He felt that the agreements he had made were not being honored.
