TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – The government disbursed funds worth Rs 13.93 trillion to distribute social assistance (bansos) to the community during January 2021.
The social minister, Tri Rismaharini, explained that the funds will flow through three types of social assistance. Namely, the Family Hope Program (PKH), Basic Food Cards and Cash Welfare (BST) or BLT.
Risma, the nickname for Tri Rismaharini, details the budget that the government will disburse for PKH in January 2021 is 7.17 trillion IDR, then the basic food cards 3.76 trillion IDR and 3 trillion BST IDR.
This was broadcast by Risma at the launch of social assistance throughout Indonesia in 2021, which was broadcast on the YouTube channel of the Presidential Secretariat, on Monday (4/1/2021).

“So the total budget distributed in January is Rp. 13.93 trillion,” Risma said.
The former mayor of Surabaya also explained that the PKH will receive 10 million beneficiary families (KPM), 18.8 million families with basic food cards and 10 million beneficiary families of BST.
Meanwhile, Risma claimed that the total budget allocation for the three types of social assistance throughout 2021 reached 85.82 trillion IDR.
That is, with budget details of PKH IDR 28.7 billion, food cards IDR 45.12 billion and BST IDR 12 billion.

For the distribution mechanism, Risma explained that PKH and food cards will be distributed through Himbara.
The banks in question include BRI, Mandiri, BNI and BTN. Meanwhile, BST will be distributed through PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).

“For beneficiaries who are ill, elderly, and people with severe disabilities, these banks will deliver directly to their respective residences,” Risma said.
Likewise, for social assistance in cash, the aid will be delivered by PT Pos Indonesia and will also be delivered to their respective residences for their families ”, he explained.
