Mauricho Pochettino has officially become the new coach of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
BOLASPORT.COM – Mauricio Pochettino ended his unemployment after being officially appointed as the new coach of Paris Saint-Germain.
Mauricio Pochettino was appointed the new coach of Paris Saint-Germain replacing Thomas Tuchel, who was officially fired on Tuesday (12/29/2020) afternoon from the WIB.
The news of Pochettino’s appointment was announced by PSG via the official website and social media of Les Parisiens on Saturday (2/1/2021) WIB evening.
“PSG is proud to announce the appointment of Mauricio Pochettino as the new head coach,” wrote the PSG statement, quoted by BolaSport.com from the official Les Parisiens website.

“The Argentine coach has signed a contract with the French capital club until June 30, 2022, with an option for one more year,” continues a PSG statement.
Pochettino will begin his duties after the end of the winter holidays or on Sunday (1/3/2021) local time.
The 48-year-old strategist said he was honored by his appointment.
Furthermore, according to the former Tottenham Hotspur manager, PSG is a club that always has a special place in his heart.
“I have good memories, especially of the unique atmosphere at Parc des Princes,” Pochettino said.
