Roy Suryo’s suspicion was revealed through his Twitter account @ KMRTRoySuryo2 on Monday, December 28, 2020, around 19.50 WIB. He wondered if it was true that it was a Malaysian who did the parody. Because he saw a rarity on the video at 50 minutes.
“Tweeps, regarding the “Indonesia Raya” national anthem harassment case in one of MIS (?) Accounts, hopefully @Kemlu_RI @DivHumas_Polri @CCICPolri finds the culprit soon. Really Malay or not? because there is something “strange” in second 50 (the original, not in disguise) “Roy Suryo said through his personal twitter account.

Then there is news that the author of the Indonesian Raya parody is a working citizen in Sabah who is over 40 years old. The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) has secured the alleged author of the Indonesian national anthem parody Raya.
Responding to the news, Roy Suryo spoke again through his Twitter account. Roy Suryo said his suspicions were finally proven correct.
“In addition to the 19 second video analysis that turned out to be true for GA Artist, my prediction as to who was the video creator who abused the song Indonesia Raya was also tested, right? (The perpetrators were Indonesian citizens in Sabah.) This is what is meant by “rare” in the second 50,“he said.

For your information, a parody of the Indonesian national anthem appeared as a video on YouTube with the title “Indonesia Raya Instrumental (Parody + Lyrics)” in Malay. The video has been removed.
The video was originally posted on YouTube by a “MY Asean” account that used a Malaysian banner as a profile picture. The video plays slipped verses from the Indonesian Raya song, such as “Indonesia is my homeland” and it becomes “Indonesia is my problem.”
Another sentence contains an offended reference to Indonesian President Joko Widodo. There is also a hostile joke on behalf of the nation’s founding father, Soekarno, who in the 1960s announced “Down with Malaysia.”
The video also changes the basic emblem of the Indonesian state from Garuda to a chicken of fear. Also, there is a photo of a boy peeing on an Indonesian banner.

The Indonesian Foreign Ministry said that the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur had reported the video to the PDRM.
“The Malaysian government has taken action, in accordance with Indonesia’s request, including (asking YouTube) to remove the video,” Indonesian Foreign Ministry spokesman Teuku Faizasyah said last Monday.
The original video, which has been viewed at least 44,000 times, has been removed and so has the account that uploaded it. However, several YouTube users have reposted the video.
After much discussion about the parody video, PDRM immediately took action by conducting an investigation. Citing a Bernama TV report on Thursday (12/31/2020), PDRM has been waiting for a statement from an Indonesian worker in his 40s.
The Indonesian worker was arrested in Sabah on Monday. Until now, PDRM has not specified the identity of the perpetrator and is still telling other perpetrators.
