jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Muhammad Rizieq Shihab’s team of legal advisers, Aziz Yanuar, suspects that the government’s decision to dissolve the FPI is an attempt to divert the case from the investigation of the alleged shooting of six FPI soldiers at KM 50 Cikampek Toll , Karawang.
“We suspect that this is a series of ways that cannot be separated from efforts to divert attention to the investigation of the alleged massacre of six martyrs that was heinous and suspected of being a serious violation of human rights,” Aziz told JPNN.com, Wednesday night (12/30).
He also calmly responded to a joint decision letter (SKB) from three ministers and three board leaders on the prohibition of the use of symbols and attribute activities and the termination of FPI activities.
This is because your party will take legal action by suing in the State Administrative Court (PTUN).
The lawsuit, he said, was related to accusations of tyranny and arbitrariness over the decision.
“For the SKB, then we will sue in the PTUN or the denunciation of this injustice and arbitrariness,” Aziz concluded.
Previously, the government issued a joint decree (SKB) of three ministers and three institutional leaders on the Prohibition of Activities to Use Symbols and Attributes and the Termination of FPI Activities.
The letter was signed by Interior Minister Tito Karnavian, Menkum HAM Yasonna Laoly, Menkominfo Johnny G Plate, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, National Police Chief Idham Azis and BNPT Boy Chief Rafli Amar.
In his consideration, the decree dated December 30 was intended to maintain the existence of Pancasila and maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). (mcr3 / JPNN)
