PR TASIKMALAYA – The Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) officially dissolves today, December 30, 2020.
This was announced by the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Human Rights Mahfud MD, who declared that all FPI activities are no longer allowed.

One of those who disagreed was Gerindra politician and Indonesian MP, Fadli Zon.
He affirmed that prohibiting the presence of the FPI organization in the country is a “murder” of democracy.
However, this is in contrast to PDIP politician Ruhut Sitompul, who approved the government’s measure.
“FPI is officially dissolved by the legitimate government, Mr. Joko Widodo, the seventh president of the Republic of Indonesia !!!!!!!” wrote in the account @ruhutsitompul.
