In the copy of the official SKB received CNNIndonesia.com He mentioned several considerations related to the dissolution of the FPI that the government is currently carrying out.
The first consideration is to maintain the existence of the basic ideology and consensus of the state, namely Pancasila, the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945, the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. In this case, the government refers to the Ormas Law.
At the SKB, the government also prohibits all activities and use of the FPI symbol on Indonesian territory. Law enforcement officials will take action against all activities that still use the FPI symbol. The government has also asked the public not to participate in activities that use the FPI symbol. The community is also asked to report activities on behalf of and using the FPI symbol. This decision takes effect as of December 30.
