jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The South Jakarta District Court granted the preliminary judgment against the Letter of Completion of Investigation (SP3) for the alleged obscene talk of Habib Rizieq Shihab with Firza Hussein.

The South Jakarta District Court decided to revoke the order to terminate the investigation (SP3) for the alleged unpleasant conversation with the leader of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Muhammad Rizieq Shihab with Firza Husein. In this way, the court asked the police to revert to the case.

Suharno, public relations officer for public relations for the South Jakarta district, said the decision was carried out in court on Tuesday (12/29). “The judge, Ms. Merry Taat Anggarsih, broke up today,” Suharno said when contacted on Tuesday (12/29).

Suharno could not explain further knowing the details of the decision. This is because Suharno has not received a copy of the decision.

However, he confirmed, the trial was being conducted with the plaintiff on behalf of Jefri Azhar with the defendant the Chief of Police, cq Kapolda Metro Jaya and the Director of Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya.

He said that the content of the love decision in essence granted the request of the plaintiff, in this case Jefri Azhar.

“The second (love content) establishes that the act of terminating the investigation is illegal according to the law, then orders the defendant to conduct the investigation and imposes costs on the defendant,” Suharno said. (tan / jpnn)
