Pre-employment liquid card incentive on January 5, 2021

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The government commits to distribute incentive funds for the Pre-Work Card program on January 5, 2021 to participants who have not received incentive funds of IDR 600,000 by December 2020.

Louisa Tuhatu, Head of Communication for Management Implementation (PMO) of the Pre-Employment Card Program, confirmed that the Pre-Employment Card program will continue next year.

The state budget to be allocated to this program is IDR 10 billion. Lower than this year’s budget for the Rp.20 billion Pre-Work Card program.

“The pre-employment card program will continue in 2021. According to Pak Airlangga (Coordinating Minister of Economy), the funds are 10 trillion rupees,” it said in a written statement on Sunday (12/27/2020).

However, regarding the implementation schedule, the scheme and the number of beneficiaries of the Pre-Employment Card program assistance, Louisa is still awaiting a decision from the Employment Creation Committee.

Participants who are entitled to receive the program but have not received any incentive, can file a complaint through the website www.prakerja.go.id.

Subsequently, participants of the Pre-employment Card can choose the Complaint Form. Then complete the form by filling in personal data, select the category of questions or restrictions.

Participants who complain or report will then get a report number for the submitted questions or limitations.
