Heru added that this case has been elevated to the investigation stage. The author will be charged in accordance with article 36 of Law No. 44 of 2008 on pornography, as well as article 45 paragraph 1 and article 27 paragraph 1 of the ITE Law. “The maximum penalty is 10 years in prison,” Heru said.
