Thus, the standard is contained in Circular (SE) of the General Directorate of Land Transport No. 20 of 2020.
This SE refers to the Circular Letter issued by the COVID-19 Management Working Group No. 3 of 2020 on the Travel Health Protocol for people during the Christmas and New Year holidays in the COVID-19 pandemic period (SE COVID-19 Working Group), which was established on December 19, 2020 and published / announced on December 20, 2020.
If previously it was reported that there was an obligation to perform a rapid antigen test, now it is said that traveling by land using a private car, the rapid antigen test is not mandatory. The rapid antigen test is just one draw, residents who are on vacation and traveling can get a rapid antibody test.
