There are three news stories in East Java that catch the attention of readers today, Thursday (12/17/2020). The three stories are investigations of 3 cities that have become distribution of charities for terrorist funds.

3 cities become the distribution of charitable funds of terrorist funds
The National Police found that 20,000 charity boxes belonging to Jamaah Islamiyah (JI) were used to finance acts of terrorism. Some of them were found in East Java.
From the data collected by detik.com, the details are 800 charity boxes found in Surabaya, 2,500 in Malang and 2,000 charity boxes in Magetan.
The Chief of Public Relations of the East Java Regional Police, Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, said that this case was being handled by the National Police Headquarters. Truno said that his party will support all the actions and efforts of the National Police in the eradication of terrorism.

“It will be handled by the National Police Headquarters,” Truno said in Surabaya, on Thursday (12/17/2020).
Although it is in charge of the National Police Headquarters, the Surabaya, Malang and Magetan police are also investigating the distribution of terrorism charity boxes.
PWNU East Java asked the police to fully investigate the case immediately. Don’t let the police get caught so terrorists can create terror with this funding. PWNU Khatim also requested that the licensing rules regarding charity boxes be clarified.
