The government reported the addition of new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Wednesday (12/16/2020). There are 6,725 additional cases, so the total number of confirmed patients has reached 636,154 cases since the Corona virus broke out in Indonesia.
West Java was the province with the highest number of cases, namely 1,434 cases, followed by DKI Jakarta with 1,221 cases and East Java with 755 new cases as of December 16.

- The number of patients who died increased from 137 to 19,248.
